Kelly is an accomplished employment and executive compensation attorney with 25 years of experience advising companies, executives, and boards on a wide range of C-suite level transitions, compensation structures and programs, agreements, and disputes. She has extensive experience in prosecuting and defending claims across the United States and Canada related to executive employment agreements, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, misuse of company data, as well as allegations of harassment, discrimination, fraud, and other alleged misconduct. She has successfully defended multiple class action wage lawsuits involving thousands of employee-plaintiffs. She has conducted countless confidential internal investigations into allegations of executive or board misconduct and provides invaluable counsel on appropriate remedies and damage control.

Kelly graduated with honors from University of Miami School of Law. Prior to joining Bertram LLP, she served as in-house Chief Counsel to multi-billion-dollar international companies with large and geographically dispersed executive teams, boards, and workforces. She has also held executive Human Resources roles over the course of her career. Kelly is an active member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
