Walker focuses on executive employment law, advising executives, employers and boards on a wide range of C-Suite Level transitions and disputes. He has expertise in prosecuting and defending claims related to executive employment agreements, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, and allegations of harassment, discrimination, fraud and other alleged misconduct of executives. Walker has litigated executive employment disputes across the country, including breach of contract, fraud, wage and hour, discrimination and retaliation litigation. He also conducts internal investigations of alleged executive misconduct.
Walker graduated cum laude from American University Law School. While in law school, he was a Note & Comment Editor on American University Business Law Review, acted in a Law Revue production, and worked as a research assistant for Professor Andrew Ferguson, analyzing recent cases relating to privacy and technology law.
Prior to joining Bertram LLP, he worked as an IT contractor for an environmental compliance consultant and as a clerk at an international trade law firm.
Outside of practice, Walker is an avid runner, home chef, and fan of the San Francisco 49ers.
